No, it is very real that she is expecting men to not be pressent and are being discriminatory towards them for that reason, thereby perpetuating the negative gendernorm and pushing more men towards such behaviour.

What unfair treatment is being offered to him in this situation?

Having a negative opinion about someone can be prejudice. Acting on that feeling to have a tangible impact on them is discrimination.

The unfair treatment is that of have a preconceived notion that no man would be decent during their wifes labour and delivery.

And she is acting on it, se is standing there expressing clear suprise and decided to make a video about it.

Yeah, having a stereotype in your mind must then be attached to action/inaction, including speech, to be come discrimination. Otherwise it's a bad little voice in your head
