Is me as a programming tech lead expert telling that women cannot do programming as i'm astounded when any of them will make any good work is sexist? This is just my experience. I'm an expert.

So some experiences are ok and other are sexist? What is the difference?

Her experience working with women in childbirth makes her experience more valid than the many men who just want to claim this as sexist and then provide an example of when women were mean to them.

But i have experience working with men in IT same as she has with women in childbirth. I have also experience working with women and they suck so i can in a non-sexist expert way they suck in IT. Right? It is just professionally stating a fact based on experience and observation. Zero sexism. Or do you have some sexist double standards?

Buddy, you don’t want to go there. IT is full of sexist men who don’t let women into the job. So you’re just being sexist towards women I’m afraid

No, you're just being hypocritical and you're too stupid to actually see it. Your argument here boils down to "it's okay when she does it but not when you do it". You realize that, right?

Are you an expert sitting in IT? You told to let nurse speak as an expert from experience and it is not sexist as it came from her observation.
I'm an expert with IT experience also working with women since 17 years and opinion came from my observation not sexism.
Are you an expert in IT so you can have an opinion?
