Totally seems like a National Park bear. In touristy places in the US, like Gatlinburg, the bears have absolutely no fear of people because people mean trash, and trash is free food. They’ve even learned to “perform” and “beg” for scraps.

The last time I was in Gatlinburg a bear OPENED MY CAR DOOR, left footprints all over my car seat and bit a hole in a sippy cup with water in it.

I read a story from an NPS ranger that said they can’t really do much about bears breaking into things at parks because there’s a significant overlap between the smartest bear and the dumbest tourist. Lol
